Terrible timeliness on deliveries. I used to be on the auto delivery until I had to twice call for emergency delivery since I was about to run out. I thought I could fix that by monitoring myself but they still messed that up. I called to schedule on a Wednesday in the morning and was told it would be delivered within 7 days. Eight days later I called back to find that they messed up the submission of the order so now I need to restrict my usage to avoid running out again. I hope they show up soon!!
Absolute worst company practices I’ve ever dealt with. I would’ve given 0 stars if I could. I’ve been a customer with them for over 2 years now and recently I was told setting up automatic payments would avoid any late fees, not only was I lied to about that but now my account has been terminated and I’ve been sent to collections which has affected my credit. If I could use a negative number I would. This is the worst company in Columbia county to deal with. They “forgot” to schedule a delivery two days before Christmas and the driver said he would only deliver if I have him $250 cash in his pocket. Their mistake and they charged me that !! After I left they would not pick up their tanks for ten months no matter how much I asked. Manager Brian has no feelings for what he did. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! You will be so screwed!!!!
