These are my pilots on my stove after having a tech out to fix it for the third time... they were fine until I ran out and needed the pilots lit. And each time they came out the issue has gotten worse. After eleven years of doing business with them you would think they would value your safety.

Called to get a propane delivery last Friday and the lady said it would be that Tuesday. Called Wednesday and they said Friday . Well Friday came and went and now the snow storm is coming , we’re at 21% . And they ensured someone would come out and fill it Saturday. Well here it is 5pm and no delivery came today . I’m never calling them again for a refill. They lost me as a customer .

Quite possibly the worst company to ever have to deal with. We unfortunately use propane to cook. In the five years of using this company, it has been constant problems and headaches. From double payments being taken for 1 delivery, not being alerted to when delivery will be made, constant credit checks ran without permission or request, ordering $200 worth of propane and the tank instead being filled, etc etc etc. We ordered a fuel delivery Friday, October 24th. I had run out of propane and was told it would be a week for them to deliver. So I paid a $200 delivery fee for them to come out same day, on top of propane fee. I was not notified at all as to an estimated time they would come. I did not hear door knock so they left and REFUSED TO COME BACK TO RELIGHT PILOT!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE 😡😡😡😡😡
