Wayne is the best! He arrived as scheduled after I placed a call to Suburban regarding replacement of a rusting propane pipe. He was able to assess the situation and perform the replacement the same day. He did an immaculate job including thoroughly cleaning and restoring the surrounding area. Thank you!
Wayne serviced our propane generator tanks. He detected 3 small leaks and also found that the regulator was not installed correctly (not by Suburban). He fixed everything. Aside from skill, he was friendly and answered all questions.
We had Suburban Propane come for the first time, since our last company refused to service the size propane tank we bought from them. Eric arrived timely, was very thorough in his assessment, and very personable. I highly recommend the company, and ask for Eric!!
We contacted Suburban Propane to start a new service for our restaurant. Technician Eric was sent to our location for safety inspection. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was on time and professional! Excellent company to work with. We will definitely going to do business with them moving forward for any of our other locations!
