Wayne helped us out on a time sensitive and difficult job and went above and beyond to accomplish what we were hoping for. Most people would have made this a multi day job, but Wayne stayed on it and finished it same day, was gracious and identified issues related to our home that we are very pleased to be aware of. Terrible customer service, hard to reach anyone helpful, and when I finally did, they were rude and dismissive. I was also overcharged without explanation, and no one took responsibility. Extremely disappointed and looking for a new propane provider.
This company is a scam, bought a house and after owning an underground tank for 2 years without hearing from anyone, one technician shows ups as closest my tank because they said they own the tank without providing prove of ownership. They traspassed my property and closed my tank without noticed. Ill be filing damages in court for their improper behavior. No warning, dont care of people needs, just want money without providing prove of ownership. No apologies accepted.
On a Friday, without any prior notice or attempt to contact me, Suburban Propane came onto my private property and shut off my gas. I have never had a contract with them, and the propane tank came with my home when I purchased it two years ago. There was no emergency, no safety issue, and no explanation left behind, just an abrupt disconnection right before the weekend. Wayne is the best! He arrived as scheduled after I placed a call to Suburban regarding replacement of a rusting propane pipe. He was able to assess the situation and perform the replacement the same day. He did an immaculate job including thoroughly cleaning and restoring the surrounding area. Thank you!
