To be clear, this is regarding the Willis, Texas office. One week ago I called and arranged for a delivery. Vivian assisted me and set the appointment. Vivian was very personable and professional. She ensured the delivery date was agreeable with my schedule. She thanked me for being a valued customer. This company is terrible! I had a tank from 1970 (leased from them) and it leaked three times in under a year. One leak they repaired but never reported to my file (according to their manager), and the last one my tank went down 30% and it smelled terribly strong outside. After asking to have my tank replenished to what it was before the leak, they magically found no leak. Before the last leak I was waiting for a new tank which never came. I called multiple companies. Suburban Propane was the only company that answered the phone, was polite, professional and efficient. While several other companies either did not pick up the phone or reply to website inquiries, Suburban made an inspection and delivery appointment for today and kept it. They sent an awesome tech to my house, Carl Pillow, who could not have been more polite and professional.
