RecommendedCustomer Service Associate, Mary Lou, took awesome care of me yesterday when I ran out of propane. A delivery truck was here in about an hour, tanks filled and the delivery driver (I wish I knew his name) even got the furnace running again while putting up with my overly excited 120# chocolate lab. Your company is absolutely horrible. You should be investigated for your price gouging and highway robbery. Your practices are criminal.
Watertown, NY I have been treated poorly for a while. Reps have been quite rude. Some fought, and some hung up on me. Some were quite argumentative. Prices are high, and repairs were a dishonest mess to deal with! There was argument over repair of THEIR equipment. When I made complaints, they decided they said and did nothing wrong. It became worse. Complaints are dismissed in their favor. Yesterday I had to schedule a delivery ... $1092 for 200 gallons ... holy crap! Horrible, didn’t pay almost 450$ for 35gal of propane and be told they will be back to fill the tanks and then supposedly forget. And be told I don’t even have an account after being in there face to face a day before. Nothing but problems.!!!!!!!
Had a tech come out today to adams center to our house and he was fantastic, I wish I could remember his name, but fantastic customer service. He explained everything, made me feel very comfortable with our choice In Propane provider.
