My husband has been a customer of Suburban Propane for 20+ years. We woke this morning to no heat and an absolutely frigid house. During our last propane fill request, about 6 months ago, I was sitting next to my husband as he talked to a representative. My husband called yesterday to schedule a delivery because we realized we were completely out of fuel. I call today to check and see when to expect our deliver, as our house got down to 44 degrees last night, only to be told that I won’t be getting propane until next Wednesday! They said I could pay $100 for an “off route” delivery but still couldn’t confirm when I would ACTUALLY have propane. They said it could be tomorrow, could be Monday or Tuesday. Ok...so there was a little snafu with delivery. All is good now. Customer service has redeemed themselves. Nick has been busting his butt and Jon came to make it right

What is wrong with your company? My household is on PRE-BUY but Suburban Propane continues to do AUTOFILL which we do NOT want. It is absurd that we have to call and complain every time, when the system should indicate that we are PRE BUY and NOT autofill. Terrible customer service for 2 and a half years. Cannot wait to switch companies when this tank, that just got filled without our permission, is empty.
