I’ve been waiting 7 months for them to come and pick up their tank! They say they will call me back, but never do! They are 4 miles away from our home. They asked in October if it would be okay, to wait until January. I said yes, that would be fine. Now here it is May, they said it was scheduled for July! This is a big company that doesn’t care about its customers! Our ex-customer! I’m not a complainer, but this is ridiculous!
They billed me for $5.31 a gallon for propane while all their competition was charging less than $4. When I called them on it, they were medically able to knock the price down. Avoid Suburban if you don't like price gouging.
Very helpful over the phone. I spoke to Lois who seemed to genuinely care about my situation even though they couldn’t provide the service I was looking for.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!! We had been using them for years in our family, emailed a request for propane, they came and filled my tank they charged 4.749 a gallon!!!!!! The internet said going rate for our area was 3.06 for that day!! So I did my homework and contacted other local companies, they couldn't believe what they had charged me!!! Also last summer they came by the house and my tank was already full, they had put me on auto refill, they charged me $55 just because they came by, and I knew good and well they just didnt driv... read more
