I am not a customer and moved into a home. I refused to sign a contract and went with another propane company because they only had 3 year contracts. They are now trying to charge me to pick the tanks up that weren’t ours. The contract was not with us.

Good up until we decided we didn't use enough propane with having just a gas fireplace and a small heater we rarely used in the basement . So we decided to stop using propane. Ask Suburban to remove tank and credit propane still in tank. Had to call 3 times then they told me 175.00 to remove YOUR tank that I pay 75.00 a year for rental. Finally she said she'd cut that down to 85.00. Agreed just to cut our ties. They removed it Finally. I got a statement with amount of propane however still charged us 149.00 to remove tank. I never chose suburban. I was going to deal with them until spring as I bought a home that already had suburban tanks here. Upon calling I was told that they couldn't make it out for over a week to get things looked over and go over my system with me. And they had to do that before I could get a fill. Only once have they "filled" up my tanks. When they come my tanks say 30% and when they leave they say 70%.
