I never chose suburban. I was going to deal with them until spring as I bought a home that already had suburban tanks here. Upon calling I was told that they couldn't make it out for over a week to get things looked over and go over my system with me. And they had to do that before I could get a fill. I expressed to them that I only had 40% in one tank they assured me I would be ok until they made it out bc that was "basically 50%, each tank should have that in it" i expressed one tank was reading zero they expressed again i... read more
Only once have they "filled" up my tanks. When they come my tanks say 30% and when they leave they say 70%.
I just wanted to give the biggest thank you to driver with the ID 212 because he has been an absolute blessing! He came out today (a Saturday) when we were completely empty and stayed to make sure my heat kicked on with my newborn in the house. He needs all praise and raises!

Called to complain and was told that this covered repairs to anything that might go wrong with the tank. Well, I guess any repair costs should be on Suburban since they own the tank. So, I told them to just pick up the tank and the told me the pick up would cost $175.00. I had them pick up the tank and don't have to deal with these money grabbers anymore. Check out their reviews on Trust Pilot. Lots of unhappy customers.
I really thought Suburban had competitive prices for their Propane. Stay away from Suburban if you want to pay for expensive propane. The last time I got my tanks filled was on 3/5/24 which cost me $5.72 a gallon! Thats not including fees and transportation. On 6/5/24 I did some calling around on prices for second filled and based on my usage. Mcleary- $2.89, mclaughlins-$2.54, Hellers-$2.69, Shawleys-$3.69, Amerigas-$2.65, AC&T-$3.14, and last one I called was Suburban at the highest $4.79 a gallon!!! I talked to Sue from s... read more
