I called in mid April to set up service I was told they required a site inspection and that they were booked out till May 19th and then scheduled the site inspection. On the day of the site inspection, I had to call them only to to be told their service department called out that day. And that I would be getting a call back to the same day with an update. I should not have had to call in to find out that they needed to reschedule & I still haven't received a call back to do so.
My husband called to make an appointment in November and had a site visit mid-late December and he called mid December to follow up and he was told was ever scheduled. He got another appointment and they said Mid January and my husband had to interject and ask if they wanted our address or phone number, things they should have asked and now they just emailed my husband stating they needed to cancel our appointment and they are booked out until February now.
