We use this company for almost a year now and we only with we have chosen them earlier!!! We had 2 other larger propane companies both higher priced and never on time with propane delivery. Suburban has the best price, always delivers on tine, and they are easy to communicate with, we are setting up an account for our home and we are recommending them to everyone!!! Thank you and keep up the good work!
Absolute price gougers. I had them for 2 years, their prices steadily climbed. Last invoice was $5.94/gallon. I've now switched to a competitor (one that makes PROPANE, E-Z) that holds their price steady at $2.95 this year. Tank fee is $100 less a year. Much nicer people too. Don't do it! REPLY TO THEIR REPLY: Same ol' song and dance. They won't look into it.
It is my privilege to share with you my experience with Suburban Propane, let's say first and foremost, they get a five Star rating from me. From the professionalism over the phone to the onsite tech who gave my fireplace a safety check and got me up and running. I called in mid April to set up service I was told they required a site inspection and that they were booked out till May 19th and then scheduled the site inspection. On the day of the site inspection, I had to call them only to to be told their service department called out that day. And that I would be getting a call back to the same day with an update. I should not have had to call in to find out that they needed to reschedule & I still haven't received a call back to do so.
