Do not waste your time with a company who cares so little about (potential) clients. Reception staff is so so, most of the time I spoke to polite and helpful people and a few times I caught a snarky one. No biggie. Their service technician Phil schedules all is appointments, yet doesn't answer his phone or return voicemails.
