We no longer need to use our propane tank after using it for six years with this company. A tech is out here to pick up our Tank this morning and the Tank is 45% full. When this company was called and told that we would need someone to pick it up and they say would we get reimbursed for the propane that is in there once it got back to the company because that tank will be used for another customer that will then again pay them for the propane that is in there. Service was prompt efficient and polite.
This place advertises that they refill tanks, which is a waste of time. They should post on their website that they do not refill 30-40 lbs tanks, which are mostly used on RV.
If you have a business don’t even bother. They have left me without gas multiple times and keep switching my delivery date without my authorization. I’ve had to call every couple months with true same delivery problems and they never get fixed. They never take down notes or even put down that you called so every time I call back they have no record of my previous problems/complaints.
