terrible company from NJ HQ on down. called to get a quote or idea of the process to remove tanks from a house i bought. because they filled the tanks while i was moved in I paid them the last bill. At nearly 6$ a gallon plus tank rental and other fees it was laughable. So They said it would be no big deal to remove them and credit me the propane. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT get your propane from Suburban. Not only is their per gallon rate higher than everyone else, but they charge you a monthly rental fee and a fuel surcharge fee, and get this - when I canceled they charged me $150 TO PICK UP A TANK THAT THEY OWN!!! They don't even need to disconnect it, which takes 30 seconds btw. Their explanation - it's a service they offer but they won't let you drop it off and mine is not a large tank, same size I haul to my cabin, it's just for a range. GO ELSEWHERE, be happy to... read more

It's not my perception when I've called 5 other providers in the area and spoke with with muliple residents in our area and not a SINGLE ONE recommended your services! In fact, our neighbors chose to decline your services because you are double the cost of the provider they have now. Please do not reply to this with a "I'm sorry that your perception" resp... read more
