Suburban has let my tanks go out twice so far this winter. The first time they said because of the cold weather propane was being used more but they would move up our delivery dates. That was in January. Today it ran out again due to the delivery date being missed. I was given the same cold weather spiel as if they were caught off guard again. Now I'll have another large bill all at once that they'll expect to be paid right away. For winter I guess I'm stuck with them, but come Spring I will find another provider.

Not happy at all with their price and services, do not rent gas tanks from them, waaay cheaper to buy your own and call any other company to fill it at a much better price, this company is delusional on gas and service prices, never again I'll do any bussines with them

reviews are consistent, keep away from this company. Current rate is $3.979/gallon, yikes. Should you want to leave this company, they provide no services - you are responsible for excavation, fuel transfer (to new tank), disconnection, and pickup; for a tank they own. They quite essentially have handcuffs on the homeowner to stay with the company.

After calling around to fill tanks totaling 2,000 gallons of propane… Best Price Propane Co. was truly the best price after calling about six propane companies. And they gave us a discount under agricultural use as the two tanks were solely for a barn. The office folks were always super nice on the phone any time I called. Thanks for being so good to deal with! They beat Suburban Propane by a mile! Suburban Propane is way overpriced!

Terrible company, terrible service, terrible communication, predatory practices. Always ready to over charge you no matter what’s going on.
