Made them very aware we are out of propane for 4 days! Cold days and snow ahead but no call back. Not a family friendly company. Their website says 24/7 care! Lies people! Go with someone dependable! Would be nice to actually talk to someone when you call.

Wow, is all I can say. Take your business to another propane company in the area. Received a bill for $162 on Jan 12th. Today they refused to fill my tank, and charge me an additional $250 emergency fill charge due to having a current balance of $162 which is not late. Shocking to know they prioritize $$ over someone’s life. Our house is out of gas due to a petty $162 bill again not past due. You would think they would call you instead of just refusing to fill tank due to a current bill 5 days after digital statement was sen... read more

Funny to read all these reviews of people being over-filled. We can’t even get a fill sitting in the “emergency” zone of 5% in our tank. It is 10 degrees outside and we don’t have propane. We are subscribed for the auto fill program and never received propane beginning of November as expected. We started calling 2 weeks ago for a fill when our tank was at 30% full. We were told no problem it’s in the schedule. Now we have 15 degree outside temps for days and have been calling every day to only be told that someone will be de... read more

Prices are fair, and service is good, but Simone at Suburban Propane central in SC was not very friendly at all! Short with me and a little argumentative. I was simply asking questions. Maybe some customer service training?

An absolutely horrible Company. Do to failure to follow directions, they filled my propane tank. This was just weeks before I moved. This resulted in me having to pay for the next owners gas. It is a 500 lb tank. A Boone Office employee told me it wasn't her problem. She needs to realize what Customer Service means and that I contribute to her salary. Gage has been cracked for 4 years and it was reported. Never was any repairs made. I would stay far away from doing any business with this Company. I never will again.
