The Yadkinville office provides exceptionally good customer service, as well as delivery service, across the board. Today I spoke with Customer Service Rep Cindy, who helped me access the Pre Buy program. She was professional, cordial and very competent. Kudos to this location for doing it right!
This company hands down deserves way more than 5 stars. They have come to our rescue more than once! This time in particular it was Amy! She went above and beyond with such grace! She cared and listened and did everything she could to resolve my issue and in an extremely timely manner. Customer service is always a priority and it very much shows! Thank you guys you are all wonderful!
Well first sold me two heaters that would not heat my auto shop we got past that problem then I had repeated problems with there tank leaking and after three attempts at repair and God knows how much lost LP gas but was given cedit for some I got a new tank finally but they didn't come fill the new tank on the coldest day's of the year was waiting for my regular delivery day to get here so busted water lines no bathroom and countless loss dollars in revenue have begun it's bad when it's 17 degrees outside and every one is ar... read more
Their service is very good. The problem is added fees. They read our meter monthly. We use very little propane in the winter because we live in a warmer area in the winter. By the time fees are added to the reading and gas fees, our bill is $44/month. Our old rate was $12/month.
