Absolute craziness trying to get a tech out to my home. Took vacation time to be home and had to call the office myself only to find out the tech got caught up at another jobsite. Aside from that mess, Amber and everyone else that I spoke with for that matter were EXTREMELY polite and she got me a fairly quick reschedule. Thanks Amber!
This company refused refill my elderly uncles tanks for his heater because of where he lived although drove to his home the guy was also rude to him! He found another company to help him! This time year it’s cold he’s in 70s it’s unacceptable business etiquette!
Called this morning, ran out of gas last night,by 9:30 they were here. They have great customer service.
