Had a bit of an issue with the tank being empty, yet the gauge reads 10%. I was pretty unhappy when I awoke to a 50-degree house. However, the folks at Suburban helped quickly. Amanda, in Athens, is super-friendly, polite, and helpful. I hope some folks who have had good experiences with Suburban will post some reviews. So far, I've had a better experience with Suburban Propane than I expected. I bought a house in Cleveland last summer, & it came with their tank. Initially, I was scared by the reviews, but figured I'd give them at least one fill-up to see how things go. The ladies with whom I have spoken have been quite friendly & helpful. I believe there all in SC; Angela was nice today. DO NOT USE, THE REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE… I just moved here and inherited a suburban tank, they are trying to rob me before I even start service with them. They will lie to charge you money, billing for things that never happened.
Thieves = Suburban Propane! Do not get into an agreement with these people. They will nickel and dime you and it will cost you a fortune to cut ties…..STAY AWAY!
