I hate liars. Look up Suburban Propane Huntsville, AL in the online Yellow Pages and the first thing you see is the slogan: "Our Business Is Customer Satisfaction" . This is a lie and me and my family are not the only unfortunate former customers to learn this fact the hard way. We have now chosen a different propane company in Oneonta, Alabama. Do what you want. I'm sick and tired of Suburban Propane. The administration that works there is not kind and the expenses they tack on the bill are outrageous. $9.92 for "safety P&T fee" and $4.39 for transportation (from a mile away)... ok, so let me get this right: you're asking me to pay line item by line item for your cost of doing business?
