They price gouge charging customers prices that can’t be affordable to most people i would give a zero star but not allowed. They can’t tell you what there rates because it depends but if you call other places they can. But at almost $5 a gallon that is almost $3 more than southern states on the high side

If I could give this company a lower mark I would. My friend has been without propane in -1 degree weather for 2 weeks she is 60 years old now her water pipes are froze now and still no propane told every day she would get propane and they don’t deliver. My suggestion if you are looking for a propane company don’t go with this one.

Extremely late every time I order propane, was supposed to be delivered with in 5-8 days an I’ll be going on 13 days when they open back up on Tuesday. It’s every time, I usually have to end up calling back multiple times. I live 10 minutes from their location also.

Very poor service pretty rude on the phone too I hope to switch companies before next winter I have been waiting on propane for over a week I understand the roads were bad but they won't even call and tell me they can't come bad service
