Literally just been trying to get my propane cut on for over a week and they will not send anyone out here. Lady literally told me on the phone that the driver woke up late today so I prolly won’t get my delivery.
Horrible customer service and outrageous hidden fees.
We called them when our propane tank was at 30 percent and they said the delivery time was 2.5 weeks and the delivery time window was Monday through Thursday lol so of course we ran out of gas in 20 degree weather so we call back and tell them we want it expedited and we will pay and they say it’s going to be 300$ like that isn’t taking advantage of people and we were like fine as long as it get delivers so they give us a 24 hour delivery window and guess what no propane delivered and it’s way pass the 24 hour window and whe... read more
Patrick , our delivery guy is a great guy, he is very experienced and we really enjoy his friendly manner in which he handles our account.
