No stars if possible very poor customer service
I am/was a new customer at AmeriGas. I bought my own tank so that I could shop around for better prices. My husband and I are retired living on a budget. Before the ice storm I call AmeriGas and talked with nice lady that was happy to get my business. Propane was suppose to be delivered between 1/19-1/22. Well that never happened. They have left me without heat for 10 days and do not Care. There’s no one local to talk to. This has been a horrible experience and I’m still without heat. I even found a plumber who could look at my pipes and fix them (He came right on over) And they would not come out here and take the lock off the tank so that he could do it . I just hope they come Monday and fix this .
