They were great and most importantly easy to deal with. Installed a new glass shower door and wall for us.
In 2014, I bought my current home and immediately remodeled the bathroom and laundry room. Due to a progressing health condition, I had the bathroom made "handicap accessible" requiring a custom glass shower door. At the time it was installed, I was given contact information should any problems develop. Recently, the door began to make a "snapping" or "cracking" sound. First class operation. Customer service is second to none.
Had a service call for glass shower door. When my shower door was installed 5 years ago, the brackets holding the glass was not properly fastened to the curb w/ screws (glued on),,so with daily 'wear-and-tear', the brackets came loose and the glass started to swing, w/ possibility of falling. Appointments were made quickly, price was kinda 'high' in my opinion, but the job was done right.
