Every time I went in on time for my appointment, my actual start time was 45 minutes later. The physical therapist was never on time. Also, the biggest problem was billing. They are trying to bill me instead of my Medicaid insurance because they screwed up on the timing to collect and now want me responsible for their screw up. Don’t sign the papers saying you are responsible for their payment even if they screw up trying to collect from insurance.
