Outstanding!! I have been a patient of Dr. McClenahan for eleven years. I have had 4 dental implants, two extractions, and a gum surgery. From the desk staff, to the hygienists, to the dental assistants, to the dentist, I have always been treated with professionalism, concern, and kindness. They have gotten me in for emergencies, prescribed medication for me when I was out of town, and called me after every procedure to see how I was doing. Unprofessionalism at its Finest Do not seek treatment from this man nor his unprofessional office staff. Day of surgery never told it was going to be performed at another office. Had to rush to other office. Then told that the balance was $104 more than previously told. Next month received shocking bill for OVER $2,000 more. Implant circle FELL out one week later. Run for the HILLS! He is the WORST! Left me sitting in the chair on mulitple occassions. Performed a 2.5 hour oral surgery never asked me if I was okay, never sat me up and let me catch my breath. Walked out when done and never came back. No patient empathy whatsoever and no follow up. On subsequent 5 minute appointments left me sitting there for well over 20 mintues to look into my mouth for less than 5. RUN for the hills if you are uncomfortable with oral surgeons.
