This pediatrician’s office is very unprofessional. I usually try to avoid taking my kids to this location. We usually have to wait a long time for the doctor to come in. The front staff is rude and unwelcoming. I just walked out and asked what was taking so long she said the doctor is probably busy with another patient. We’ve been sitting in this room since 3:50 it’s currently 4:35. This is ridiculous. I never have to wait like this when I go to the Solon location. The front staff are rude and arrogant..They were always uncooperative so we changed our location..
Absolutely amazing practice, I went to them as a kid and now I take my son! All the docs are fantastic. Extra shout-out to Dr. Wilbur for being exceptional in her professionalism and expertise.
Dr. Matt is awesome, the nurses are great and the front desk is super helpful. Highly recommend!
