The front staff are rude and arrogant..They were always uncooperative so we changed our location..
Absolutely amazing practice, I went to them as a kid and now I take my son! All the docs are fantastic. Extra shout-out to Dr. Wilbur for being exceptional in her professionalism and expertise.
Dr. Matt is awesome, the nurses are great and the front desk is super helpful. Highly recommend!
I currently send my son here but I am thinking about changing providers. Front desk is extremely rude and difficult. I just received my Medicare for my son and I uploaded his information on his Mychart and I also called the office when scheduling his appointment to double check that I don’t need to bring his actual insurance card in only to get to the appointment and be told I need his physical card. I spent 30 minutes trying to find the information only to have to them say “oh the number is right there” so they wasted 30 mi... read more
