we have waited for 4 hours and still not seen. Our grandson needs to be seen asap and this is bad service..I'm ashamed this is ohio..smh..I'm not recommending it to anyone
RecommendedYes! I highly recommend the urgent care unit here. My son was playing today and fell and busted his head open and I knew he needed stitches. My sister in law told me to take him there so we left right away and we did. they registered us right away and we sat in the waiting room for maybe 5 minutes and then called back. The nurses and staff was so nice. They helped him btly numbing the area and never felt or moved a muscle while they stitched his head closed. Treated very wrongfully! Nurses and “patient advocate” were very rude. Was told that my son needed to go back to the waiting room because they needed the room for another patient after already sitting for over an hour. We’re coming up on 2 hours after his appointment time and still have not been seen.
RecommendedI highly recommend Cincinnati Children’s to everyone! I, as a child, had to visit often. And when I had my son he had to be in the NICU and I’m so happy we chose Cincinnati. They treat your baby like family, make sure you have everything you need. They eased my mind any time I needed it-which was a lot! They are proud of tour baby’s milestones and accomplishments just as much as you are! I absolutely love the doctors, nurses, counselors, janitors, everyone! P.S. RecommendedI wanna thank all the docs, staff and everyone we met today. Everyone was so helpful and friendly helping us with our baby. Answered all the questions we had and done everything they could to help support .e and my girlfriend. Best hospital I've ever went to.
RecommendedWe’ve had a few stays in the nicu with our baby and we can’t thank the nurses and doctors enough for everything they did! They made sure to meet all of our baby’s needs and all of our needs while there. E love Cincinnati Children’s!!
