Other agree with other reviews. This information could help if you move there. Some 2bedrooms have one air conditioner in the dr/kit area and one in small bdrm. They are loud,inefficient, old and the same size:bdrm freezes but rest of apt stays hot. Ask for new one. If you open window in winter (sept to may) you can be fined. Smells and fumes collect. The previous reviews said it all. The Empire Managemetn staff could not be ruder. Lets say they are not people who like people lol.Ask for anything reasonable and they will bark at you. They do bizarre things. They send us letters telling us there have been noise complaints and complaints about our dog or complaints about other things. A neighbor said they send exact same letters to all tenent at the same time so everyone here thinks neighbors complaint about them. Try talking with them about any issue. I agree with the first review. We came here to live in a nicer looking set of apartments and have had nothing but a bad experience. First of all, the office people are heartless and very rude. They will raise the rent every year 3 -5 %. I was told this is standard procedure. So if you want to pay over \$1,000.00 a month for a plain 2 bedroom apartment, this is the place for you.
