This is the worst company ever, they send whoever of their drivers to sneak into people home's fill up their oil without upon request and bill you a surprised high bill. Not first time has this happen to me too. I even called about the situation and than was told you'll get a call back and then hung upon my face. Never got the call back by the way. Suburban is the best! We have utilized them for automatic oil delivery and service as well. The emergency technicians are super helpful and quick to respond. We recently had them out to service our home and it was determined we needed a new furnace. They got us a quote the same day and we were able to get the work scheduled seamlessly. Let me preface that I am not here to vent or bash this company but only to provide my objective personal experience regarding service work I needed done when my furnace stopped working. The oil delivery side of things is/was great and they offer very good prices, however, it should be known that the heating oil side and the service side are NOT operated under one team as it would appear on the surface.
