Ashlee in Service was extremely helpful and I felt like I had someone on my side to help through a frustrating slew of malfunctions. Helped work with my warranty company, and was sweet about all of it (even when I was difficult to work with).

Update: July 2026: great service by the Suburban Nissan team. 10/22/25: Ashley and Nichole are extremely customer focused. I had to have my oil pan replaced. Nichole kept me informed throughout the entire process. She scheduled my rides, and made sure I got home, and picked up from work on time. All my paperwork was properly notated. After discovering an oil leak, the service center inspected my vehicle and concluded that it was due to a faulty transmission. Since I had just bought the vehicle from next door, they verbally agreed to replace the transmission if I covered the cost of the rebuilt transmission. THREE months later, when I picked up the vehicle, I was informed that the transmission was used, not rebuilt, with no warranty.
