Suburban Nissan is the best. I would highly recommend and I can’t speak for all sales personnel but my sales consultant Brian was phenomenal and deserves much respect for his knowledge and professionalism ing with his follow up during oil changes!
The worst experience I ever had. My rear view camera sometimes does not work, I requested to fix, but they said they cannot repeat the problem so they cannot do anything. I explained the problem is not always happen, sometimes Camera works, sometimes does not works, but does not matter for them. Seems like they do not want to do anything. Do not recommend this dealer.
Jarrell lives up to his nickname of the dealmaker. I'm thankful for his patience and word that they would take care of my mom after the loss of my dad and then her car within a month of each other. Onto a new chapter in her first non-domestic car brand, and I know she won't be disappointed!
