Dr. Zhang and Lillian have been very accommodating. The doctor has taken time with the exams and actually listens to me.
I've had multiple bad experiences with this place and I would never like to return. The appointment in person was torture and painful. The follow-ups with me trying to do what they said, which was to schedule an MRI, has been a 4 month long nightmare with them. They have such bad attitudes over the phone, if by some miracle you even get them to answer their constantly busy signal phone system. They take forever to do anything.
