Jim "Animal" Stoebe went beyond the call of duty helping me select the H-D parts I needed. "Animal" also provided helpful installation advice and treated me with the utmost professionalism. Bravo!
"Dave went above and beyond to help me. I had purchased some heated grips and installed them, but the bike wasn't recognizing them. After taking everything apart, I discovered that I had accidentally pinched and broken a wire. I soldered the wire back together, but the bike still didn't recognize the grips. I was about to buy another set when Dave did some research and found out that some 2024 models require the service department to turn on the grips, while later models can be activated through the info screen."
Had a great experience at suburban Harley from Levi in sales to all the parts guys and service dept everyone there went out of there way to get my bike installed with accessories to the folks in clothing and other apparel items . I can't remember all names but there Levi, Dave ,Jim ,Nick , Jordon and many more it is truly a complete Dealership where you can get all your questions answered and get the bike you want Thanks everyone Gary.
