customer service is BAD they will lie to you and never return calls an they messed up My AC unit last year the fan flew off inside my New unit an just wired it from the top they cant keep help, heard from 2 different workers the reason why is the same so yeah it is not just the public
Extremely poor service to say the least with my parents from Suburban Mobile Home Supply this week. Even though my parents could not find there paperwork on their 2-3 year old AC unit, Suburban knew exactly when they installed, how much was paid and exactly what the warranty is on this unit, and they only gave them $200, but tried to just haul it away and not say a word. This type of service and business practice is unacceptable in Joplin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
