Dr Hartmann is a great Doctor. I recommend him to anyone! He's knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Straight-forward Doctor. The only issue going to him is distance. It takes 2 buses and 2 trains EACH direction and 2-3 hours each direction.. but that's no refelction on his great treatment. He's is a top-notch Doctor.
I tried this practice seeking a new PCP. The initial check up was positive but the follow up by the office staff was terrible. I was bounced back and forth between my insurance company and the pharmacist for an issue which the office needed to address. I followed up with the office several times over a 2 week period, including an in-person visit and was told there was no update about my case.
