Hello, I usually do not give negative reviews but when I purchased with Suburban Med Spa for a 60 minute Swedish massage I received the worst service before I could step foot in their spa. First Upon scheduling the reception informs me I have to pay an up charge to get the massage that I’d already paid for online. Per receptionist the massage I purchased wouldn’t cover a Swedish massage as advertised.
