The fleet department is helpful.
The sales people might be ok but once you own/lease the car they could care less about you. The service in the repair shop is absolutely terrible. If your car is under warranty they barely even look at the car and won’t assist with any problems. We’ve leased 5 cars but once this current lease is over, I will find a dealership with customer service standards.

I bought my 2010 Mazda 6 from them in 2012. I just broke 60k miles, which includes two trips to Arkansas, and she still runs like a charm. Diane retired, and I don't plan on buying again any time soon, but if I were, I'd definitely go back. They just fixed a recall part, and were wonderful.
