Worst customer service and product. Recalled product is impossible to fix and no alternatives provided by Suburban to resolve. Their products can cause death and injury. Given their lack of service, I can see they don’t really care about their customers wellbeing.

Their oven/stove ranges for RVs/Trailers is absolute crap. They are old fashioned and lack in due diligence and lie to customers. Don’t deal with them. Their oven door fell off, the stove tops fell off just going over a speed bump at 5 or 10 mph. The material and design is not good. Don’t deal with this manufacturer. I purchased a core for my 42Q from United RV in Dallas. The core was was received. My technician came out and found a connection broke on the motherboard now suburban manufacturer want me to have another technician come out and that this board is bad so they can send me a new one already paid a fortune to get my old furnace replaced and now they want me to spend another two to $300 for a board. Can I bring my heater in for warranty or is it only done at a dealer? I bought my travel trailer new, May 2024. Heater worked a handful of times and now the blower will not turn on. Checked everything I could without dissembling it.
