Like the other 2 people that left reviews on here my input on epi management is basically the same. They never answer the phone when you call with an issue you have to call several times a day to get a hold of someone and they never return your phone calls or follow up with maiteance related issues I've been residing at one of epi management's properties that they oversee since the beginning of October and I've must of called and addressed the same probelm at least a dozen times to the maiteance department my dryer vents hav... read more

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I advise, do not live on any property Epi Management manages over. Taking care of clients and customers is definitely not this company's forte. Payments are always posted late and they like to assess late fees even though payments were made on time. They may need more people in the accounts receivable department. Horrible!!! Good luck getting these people on the phone or to answer an email. You need to call at least 10 times a day for at least 10 day to be able to catch someone to pick up a phone. Same for emails. Their homeowners website is extremely unfriendly and never updated. Their policy is that assoc. dues must be paid by the 15th of the month. As of the 15th the balance on the online account is showing $0.00. And when balance is finally updated and you pay online you get charged late fees for paying after the 15th. Just terri... read more
