Good morning not a happy customer right now. Went to suburban Lock & Key in kenmore. At 3122Delaware. To purchase a lock box a couple weeks ago. Remember I could have went anywhere! Lock box dose not work. I stop there this morning to have them look at it. They told me I did not purchase it there and it’s not there brand. Even with a receipt Guys. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? Good Mom and Pop amicable accommodating service. They will do more for You than what You originally ordered. If You are a renter of Landlords that patronize this business it is a plus as well.

Suburban Lock and Key Service is an excellent company for you lock and key needs. The customer service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. David was able to provide me with a new lock for an entry door on a 93 year old home. He also was able to provide a skeleton key and unlock a door inside my home. The service came with lots of smiles and reassurance. Job well done, don't hesitate to call.
they did NOT charge, just had to invoice the materials used...thank them, instead of yelling at them...wonderful people
