Customer support and repair service has been outstanding! Fancy old door handle set lever broke on my side door; customer support was super helpful about exactly what measurements and what steps to take to determine if set was repairable or needed a full replacement. When I did disassemble the set, it was clear a full replacement was necessary, as I could see where a bolt had broken. Fantastic service!! Had a safe we could not access, they came out next day and got it opened in less that 30 minutes!! Also made suggestions on how to update/upgrade the safe to make sure we don't get locked out again. Highly recommend this company!!
