Awesome experience!! My journey was a long one going to different local dealerships being turned down left and right. Until I stumbled up on Suburban Mazda Farmington Hills.. Check out my guy Richard J. He was right on top of things from the minute I walked in.. he said he would take care of me and he did. A man of his word he was able to put me in a 2023 with zero down.. Yesss ZERO DOWN!! When everybody else said no him and his team said Yes!! Will be going back again. If you need the job done go see Richard
Someone tell your employee to pay his $4300 he caused in damages that has now been sent to collections from not having car insurance during his hit and run in December and made me chase him down. I want my deposit back from the damage he caused. How someone can work at a car dealership, selling cars, claims he has FULL COVERAGE, only to find out he’s got ZERO vehicle insurance AND takes off from the scene of an accident is mind boggling. He’s lucky he didn’t kill someone driving like an absolute idiot.
Sam bazzi sales was really nice and respectful ask for him he will get you the best deals.
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. I PAID CASH FOR A YEAR OLD CAR ONLY TO FIND OUT THE FRAME WAS CRACKED. THEY WANTED ME TO PAY $1700.00 TO FIX A CAR THAT I DIDN'T BREAK.
Really, really disappointed in this dealership and will never go back. They took advantage of my 18 year old who was looking for her first vehicle. She purchased it. Got it home and it has an obvious oil leak. Contacted Suburban Mazda - they basically said Tough Luck -it passed safety inspection and that is all that mattered. Then they tried to blame me - They said I "had the opportunity to take it to a mechanic" - Seriously?
