Friendly staff, got a decent deal and had a fairly simple and painless process towards buying my first car. Nice job detailing the car.
Great customer service
I would definitely recommend it. However, the customer service is very poor. They provide phone numbers for assistance, but no one ever answers the calls, which makes it very difficult to get help when needed. I had a very good experience, actually, I would say an exceptional experience, at Suburban Hyundai. My vehicle was first taken to a local mechanic, who was very nice.
