While I’m sure this dealership employs capable salespeople, they also allow sales staff on the floor who appear untrained and unprepared. Unfortunately, I dealt with the latter. Been coming here for about 2 years now. Jacob Patrician (Jake) always take good care of my vehicle and always ask if any service should be performed if it differs from what I was expecting from the beginning. I believe anyone buying a Hyundai here will also have good support from Service Team also.
Nathan has always been good to us. I dropped my car off for an oil change this time and the check-in process was extremely simple and straightforward. Nathan helped get me a Lyft ride back home. The Lyft driver did end up on the other side of the dealership for pick up however, I don't know if that is under the service advisor control. After my vehicle was done, he gave me a call as we had agreed to confirm if I was out of work meetings before scheduling a Lyft back. This place seriously is a joke, and unfortunately I learned that the hard way. I bought a used car from them on 12/27/25, and a week after having it the check engine light comes on. I go and get it fixed and 2 days later the check engine light comes back on again. I call the service department and for 6 days straight no one returns my calls.
