I was referred to hematology for evaluation of ongoing B12-related concerns, possible pernicious anemia/malabsorption, and neurologic symptoms. I spent quite a bit of time putting together my medical history and provided my concerns by email before the appointment and also discussed them verbally. Dr. Miller is very kind. The staff in her office is rude. The billing service is a nightmare. Three weeks and all Im trying to do is pay my sons bill. The billing service never calls you back. When I call Dr. Miller's office all they do is connect you to the billing office that never answers. I was told to contact consumer affairs within the state of Georgia. I was also given numerous other agencies to contact. Cancer is a nightmare. This office is overbooked. They will not save you. Find another practice. The Lawrenceville ... read more

Doctor Miller might be considered a good doctor but her staff is rude. They dont answer phones. And when they do they leave you on hold. There billing department is a nightmare. They are overbooked. Find another practice that can spend the time helping you. Cancer is a life changing diagnosis. This office will not save you.

The wait is to long. Been here since 10:45 and still have not seen a dr.
