Patient care should begin at the front desk. Unfortunately, the front office staff’s attitude feels unprofessional and unwelcoming, creating a negative first impression for patients .
Just called to move my Grandfather’s appointment earlier due to a visit with his pcp regarding his blood test result. I called and left a voice mail for the scheduling person and have not received a call back. The person who picked up 2 hours later moved me to the nurse line as she seemed to not care. Do better with the staff as you chose to work in the patient health care sector. Further action will be taken if needed.
I called to leave a message to my doctor,Sandra kang about blood test order , but one of staff who got my call yelled at me that I have to press a short key for nurse line and hanged up a phone. What happened to her today, it was so rude to a patient ha ving hard time.
Dr Chang was amazing. She is understanding, comforting and explains everything thoroughly. From the drawing of blood in the lab to meeting with the doctor, the entire experience with suburban hematology was excellent. I can’t say enough good things about this group.
