I would not recommend this company based on my experience. The customer service was disappointing, primarily due to the behavior of the owner assisting customers. Their communication came across as rude and sarcastic, which made interactions uncomfortable and unprofessional. We have used Suburban for delivery of home heating oil multiple times over the past couple of years. They are very responsive and reliable. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Cost per gallon has been lower than other delivery services. Most recent delivery was two days ago and done when scheduled despite the recent snow and sleet storm and less than ideal delivery circumstances. Highly recommend.
We are very disappointed in this company. We just bought house. First tank inspection was a no show. They promised to alert us when at 30%. Promised delivery Friday and Wednesday/ both no shows. We are down to 22% today which means soon we will have no heat. We would love to switch companies already but have to get new tank. This company is incompetent!
