Today 11-13-25 2:45. I visited this Ford dealership today, and honestly, I should have trusted my instincts — and the recent Google reviews — and taken my business somewhere else. When I walked in, nobody acknowledged me. I stood there long enough that it became uncomfortable. This place is extremely unprofessional. I went and looked at a 25k truck, had my mechanic check it and it had $4,000 worth of issues. Struts, and shocks leaking oil every where on an 87,000 mile truck. Also a completely worn down caliper. I told my salesman about it and he said he was going to call back the next day and discuss our options after the safety inspection and to see if they were going to fix anything. This place isn't very honest with their pricing online, listing a vehicle for $6500 and then when you arrive they then add on $3000 in fees.. people are looking to buy vehicles in a budget, using websites to find a car and sort within their budget. Don't waste peoples time and gas to just surprise them with a huge price increase when they arrive. List your vehicles for the OUT THE DOOR PRICE! It's common sense to me that you sell a vehicle for the price you list it for.

Purchased a 2018 Dodge Caravan in 2019 from Suburban Ford Sterling Heights. When I was going over the details of the purchase, I was presented with a detailed work order for maintenance that was done on the van. However, when I asked for a CarFax report, I was told that "they don't give those out on newer cars and it was unnecessary". Unfortunately, I fell prey to that scam. I just went to purchase a new car, and was interested in trading in the van. Blue Book states that it has a value of 9,000 -11,000 in current shape. How... read more

Found the exact car I was looking for on their used car lot. I test drove it and they took a deposit from me after telling me a previous customer’s deposit fell through. I filled out a credit application and came in the next day to get the vehicle and they tell me it’s being sold already! To a former employee nonetheless! Very frustrating.
