Trash. Bought a used car from there used car lot. Just now finding out they sold me a car with a 8/9 yearold battery!?!?!? That is unethical! Didnt inform me of a timing chain warrenty issue that is now expired. When I brought my car home there was condom wrappers and a pack of blue chews which is a form of viagra, in my car I found. I would leave 0 stars if I could. My daughter purchased a used Ford Edge last week. They were assured the vehicle was in good shape. Low miles, upgrades etc. She asked to take it for a test drive and was told that because she did not have her own insurance policy, she could not test drive the vehicle. She has a valid, unencumbered drivers license. This is absurd as the dealership carries the insurance. Today 11-13-25 2:45. I visited this Ford dealership today, and honestly, I should have trusted my instincts — and the recent Google reviews — and taken my business somewhere else. When I walked in, nobody acknowledged me. I stood there long enough that it became uncomfortable. I didn’t even meet the salesperson assigned to me until around 3:00 PM, and in that amount of time, I easily could have been helped by someone else. This place is extremely unprofessional. I went and looked at a 25k truck, had my mechanic check it and it had $4,000 worth of issues. Struts, and shocks leaking oil every where on an 87,000 mile truck. Also a completely worn down caliper. I told my salesman about it and he said he was going to call back the next day and discuss our options after the safety inspection and to see if they were going to fix anything. This place isn't very honest with their pricing online, listing a vehicle for $6500 and then when you arrive they then add on $3000 in fees.. people are looking to buy vehicles in a budget, using websites to find a car and sort within their budget. Don't waste peoples time and gas to just surprise them with a huge price increase when they arrive. List your vehicles for the OUT THE DOOR PRICE! It's common sense to me that you sell a vehicle for the price you list it for.
