A pharmacy that helps! I have to do mail order and they are always very helpful in calling the doctors office to confirm refills and scripts. Mailed out in timely fashion and always simple by charging the card we keep on file.

Not patient friendly. They want money before delivering medicine.
The worst pharmacy experience I have ever had I would highly recommend going elsewhere. I atempted to fill a script with them and after 6 weeks of waiting and numerous phone calls to the pharmacy I was lied to to multiple times and told that my doctor wasnt returning paperwork and then that the insurance company was not approving the item. I called my doctor and had them switch pharmacy's and I recieved my medical device the same day. That is 6 weeks I waited to recieve a medical device that would have made my life much easi... read more
9 - 5 Monday through Friday - -- ONLY ? What kind of Pharmacy has Space Shuttle Engineer hours. Must be nice - - - unless you have a question on Saturday - - - or need a script refilled. Kaleida - - - please give me back to CVS. Great people - - - Great Customer Service. Leave the Dr.s hours for the Ego maniacal Dr's. But other than that nice people at Sub. Family Pharm. Just need to be a little more available.
