José was terrific, he was very confident, professional, and friendly. We will always ask for Jose to do the work at our house.
Jose was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He did a very good job explaining pest behavior and the treatment plan. I recommend him, and would like Suburban to assign him to our property in the future.
Jose was very knowledgeable about my problem and very pleasant in his presentation of his advice on this problem of flesh flies. He also to a sample fly to present to the entomologist for further proof. He spayed the window in question thoroughly with a chemical and feels that this will do the job. We have a follow up appointment next week. Thank you Jose for calming the horror of this problem.
