The exterminator who came to the house was very knowledgeable. He was very polite and explained everything he was doing. He was very professional and even called beforehand to let us know he was on his way.
Very satisfied with the service they provided from the first contact to the successful resolution (no more little creatures with long tails!). Kenny , the person who took things personally, was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. More than anything, he knew what was doing.
