Update: the front desk said that he blood and urine are not enough for them to cancel and refund me. This place is terrible. The large tatted lady at the front desk was absolutely disgusting to deal with. Very rude. The room was nasty.needle on the floor. The bed has blood stains on it and the comforter is covered in hair and dirt. We will NEVER stay in an extended stay again
Love this place. Highly recommend you let Garrett the manager take care of you and you also can’t go wrong meeting Bobbi at the front desk after hours nor Sam who is a wonderful dedicated and hard working maid. This place is top notch and I highly recommend them.
Management was very caring and I appreciate their support, however my rims were stolen from my newly purchased car and it was sitting on bricks. There are no cameras in the parking lot. Hotel owner needs to fix this. Stay safe out there!
Nice room for our visit close to resturants and shopping. 20 mins away from Cincinnati.
