I had been seeing another Endo for 5 years but their office closed over the summer. I never felt that my previous doctor listen to any of my concerns. I had my first appointment with Dr. V and I was very pleased. I did have to wait a while as a new patient but now I am on a routine schedule. I am pregnant and pre-diabetic. She took all of my concerns seriously and explained a treatment plan in very simple terms. She was honest and direct. Unprofessional front office staff!
My wife has had the worst experience in trying to get an appointment. Consistent with other reviews, the office staff is rude, sometimes hanging up in the middle of a conversation, and/or telling my wife on multiple attempts to make an appointment that they are too busy for her right now. There should be an investigation regarding the management of this office. I am just glad we were able to find a new Dr. in Media that could see my wife.
