I have never written a review, good or bad, for any company before this one. I cannot describe the emotional pain I was put through when the thyroid medication given to me was not needed. My doctor never informed me that this medication counter acts with the Zoloft I currently take for my severe anxiety and on top of this I was put on one of the highest doses of levothryoxine that was offered. Horrible experience. Receptionist Melissa was rude, condescending and confrontational. It took two days to get someone to answer the phone, and then was put on hold for long periods of time, multiple times. The worst experience I've had with a medical professional office.

I had been seeing another Endo for 5 years but their office closed over the summer. I never felt that my previous doctor listen to any of my concerns. I had my first appointment with Dr. V and I was very pleased. I did have to wait a while as a new patient but now I am on a routine schedule. I am pregnant and pre-diabetic. She took all of my concerns seriously and explained a treatment plan in very simple terms. She was honest and direct.
