This was my first visit, and it exceeded my expectations! The appointment was incredibly thorough and efficient, making it one of the best experiences I've had at a doctor's office. I was truly impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the entire staff.
The doctor did not listen to my concerns. The surgery failed to help. I still cannot breath through my nose. It was very expensive. I don't think they care about anything other than taking your money.
I hate Doctors and scheduling appointments so my wife usually does the scheduling knowing I won't or will procrastinate. I had something growing that looked concerning and after seeing all the positive reviews about Dr Clark, she scheduled a consultation appointment with him for me. Dr Clark was awesome in the consultation, patient, and understanding of my nervousness around Drs and even gave me a once over to make sure nothing else was going on. I don't usually review doctors but I had the best experience with Dr. Ho. He is very professional, patient, detailed, and kind. I will be a patient with this office as long as he is around. I wish he was my primary doctor!
I paid my co-pay to see the ear doctor I had been going to for several years after a few years with no problems, as I had an ear infection and had been to both urgent care AND my primary care doctor, and was suggested I see an ENT, and had to wait six weeks for an available appointment. First available appt. was with the nurse practitioner (not my past doctor, or would have been a longer wait) and paid my co-pay.
