I have been a patient going back to the mid 80s and have always received excellent care. Recent encounters poor. And outcomes were poor.
Dr. Ho is a good doctor but his office staff make being his patient a terrible experience. The provider has been late for every visit this last one being 1 full hour behind.
Am in extreme pain from biopsy yesterday with Dr Eric thorpe.
