Called for a service appointment on Friday morning 8:20a.m Mike said; couldn't get there till Monday.I Asked to have tec call when he was on his way to appointment. My mother is 95 I told him they would need to call me first she wouldn't be able to help them. Mike said ok well do that. Well we waited all day for a phone call or tec to show up, we got neither.
