I was a new patient suburban dental and I only had my teeth cleaned there once and every time I go to call and leave a message it seems that nobody there answers the telephones and I have to keep calling back and leaving messages and nobody's still calls me back and then once in a great while someone will call me back. Why can't deal with this anymore I need a dentist that I can rely on and call if I got a problem so now I'm going to be going somewhere else I don't need this frustration.
As a new patient. I adore Sally. she was very kinda, patient, sweet and great at explaining everything. She took her time and did her best she could at cleaning my teeth.
“Unfortunately we need to cancel your dental appointment on —- because our hygienist will not be in office that day. Please call the office to reschedule.” This place cancels your appointments at the last minute. It’s happened both times that I’ve scheduled. Go somewhere else.
