They were truly wonderful! Gwen had such an upbeat personality and made sure I was comfortable and calm the entire time. Truly the only dental office I’ve felt heard at!
I’ve been a patient of suburban dental six years, my cleaning appointment was with Gwen and she did a great job, all of the plaque was removed and I experienced no pain during the procedure. I would definitely recommend Gwen and Suburban Dental.

They will cancel your appointment without notice. Not call you back to reschedule. Lie to you on the phone. Put you on hold till the system hangs up on you. And won’t let you speak with management. Waited months for an appointment just to get canceled and not get another appointment. Will charge you a $75 no show fee but when you lose out on $175 by changing your work schedule just to be seen at a better time for them then they cancel all together without notice without even acknowledging it is frustrating and no one will sp... read more
