They will cancel your appointment without notice. Not call you back to reschedule. Lie to you on the phone. Put you on hold till the system hangs up on you. And won’t let you speak with management. Waited months for an appointment just to get canceled and not get another appointment. I was very nervous to get my dental work done as i hadn’t had any major dental work done before. Sarah held my hand when the doctor numbed me and they both made me feel so comfortable and walked me through the process. I was able to get my bridge work AND teeth whitening done in one day! Absolutely wonderful staff and doctor!
Yikes…awful…will cancel your appointment without notice, claiming bad weather yet the roads are clear and there are no travel advisory’s or bans. Will threaten you with a $75 cancelation charge if not given 48 hour notice but won’t do anything for you if they cancel because they want to go home early. Forecasted weather in county and travel risk cleared completely as forecasted.
